Wire transfers are slower by nature and can take up to 3-5 business days to show up in your trading account, or in your bank account, in the case of a withdrawal, under normal conditions.
We work hard to process all requests as soon as received. Nonetheless, requests received late in the day may not be processed until the next business day.
Third-party transfers are not permitted. Funds can only be returned to a bank account registered under the same name as your trading account. The account holder must be the same person initiating the fund transfer.
