Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated Business Development Manager with a strong
understanding of CFDs (Contracts for Difference) to join our growing team in Dubai.
The ideal candidate would be required to have experience in financial markets, a proven track record
in sales, and the ability to develop and maintain strong client relationships.

 

Key Responsibilities:

• Actively generate leads and convert prospects into active trading clients.
• KPI based on monthly Net deposits, FTDs (First Time Deposits), New IBs and
Affiliates.
• Promote CFD trading products and services to retail and institutional clients.
• Conduct market research to identify potential clients and industry trends.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with high-net-worth individuals and
traders.
• Active client base and a strong market connection is an added plus.
• Educate clients about the risks and benefits of CFD trading while ensuring
compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Work closely with the marketing and trading teams to align sales strategies with
market trends.
• Ensure client retention through excellent customer service and relationship
management.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of financial markets, trading platforms, and
competitor offerings.

 

Key Requirements:

Experience: Stable career growth with 2- 4 years of sales experience in CFD trading,
forex, or financial markets equivalents.
CFD & Market Knowledge: Strong understanding of trading platforms, margin
trading, leverage, and risk management.
Sales & Communication Skills: Excellent negotiation, persuasion, and relationship
building skills.
Languages: Fluency in English (Arabic or other languages is a plus).
Regulatory Compliance: Familiarity with DFSA regulations and financial market
compliance is a plus.
Tech Savvy: Comfortable using CRM systems, trading platforms (
MT5), and lead management tools.
